Dear "Prof,"
Way out here in the land of somewhere, a place where one can not disclose where, an individual gets around to thinking of the other fellows that he use to know and how they are faring in this little game of ours. I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange to forward me the Wagner Bulletin. It will take a long time to get here but it sure would be "newsy."
For myself, I have been with a fast moving outfit, and for the length of time that we have been in the service we have covered considerable territory. We received our training at Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland and then went to the coast, spent some time where Robb made history and have now moved further out.
Have thought a great deal of Dr. Davidhauser and guess it was from his talks that lead me to ask for this Chemical Warfare Service.
Trusting that you and all the family are in good health and that in the near future we may once again attend a reunion at Wagner.
Respectfully,
"R.T." Swartwout
