JEFFERSON BARRACKS
MISSOURI
Dear Doctor Stoughton -
I have arrived at Jefferson Mo. and am spending a base Training period here. I have to present been enjoying this life and comparing it to Wagner. I find that the moral is high as at Wagner and that the cooprativeness of the Army approaches that of Wagner.
Scince being here I have become interested in Non-Com Flying and was wondering if you could furnish me with some type of recomendation that would help me achieve this goal. It is the type of Work I believe I can succeed in and I would do my best to become a credit to Wagner.

Hoping that you can and will oblige me
I remain
Sincerely Yours
