Dear Ed:
I want you to know very quickly how much I appreciated your letter and the money orders that were enclosed. Sometimes I think it is difficult to adequately express our feelings to those who demonstrate this kind of loyalty and thoughtfulness, but we are most appreciative.
I was glad to hear about all of your traveling about and can sense from your letters that it has been a real education and opportunity for you in spite of all the difficulties and hardships that are involved. I hope it won’t be too long before you will be back to tell me about it personally.
Things continue to go fairly well at Wagner. We have been fortunate in having a fairly good enrollment – about 235 – and we still have about 60 men in the school. I am sending you the last bulletin so that you will have a good deal of the news directly.
Every good wish to you.
Sincerely,
C.C. Stoughton,
President.
