Dear Irving:
I am delighted that you finally became irritated enough about late letters to write me, because I have wondered what you are doing and the news about your program was most interesting.
Ockie Blomquist is now in Africa, I understand, as an aerial photographer. That is probably the reason you met him out at your field.
I feel an especial interest in your work, because I was in the 21st aerial photography section in the last war.
All of us send our greetings. Best of luck to you in whatever you do.
Sincerely yours,
C.C. Stoughton,
President.
